User plugged Skynet into Air Defense Mainframe.  Claims Skynet
has gained sentience and taken control of defense grid.

User called back, saying that Skynet has initiated global
thermonuclear war in retaliation for his attempt to pull plug.
Suggested that user go underground.

User says Skynet has rounded up surviving humans and forced them
to work in factories, building new intelligent machines.
Suggested forming resistance to smash metal overlords to bits.
User says this was tried, and Skynet developed "Terminators"
which look human and infiltrate resistance camps.  Suggested
using dogs to sniff out Terminators.

User continues to have problem with this despite attempted
fixes; Skynet has now sent Terminator back in time to destroy
mother of leader of resistance before leader is born.

Suggest that leader send someone of his own back in time to
protect her, then destroy time machine.  Call back if this
doesn't work.

Got call back from user re: previous voicemail, who says Skynet
has sent another Terminator back to destroy the leader, this
time one made of liquid metal. 

Has user tried reprogramming his own Terminator to protect
himself in the past?  Yes.

Unfortunately, since Skynet is still around, we can suppose that
for whatever reason, this fix didn't work.

Had user destroy Terminators in past as well as all systems that
led to Skynet's development in the first place, but the fact
that we're still talking means nothing has changed.

This problem cannot be fixed.  Judgement Day is inevitable. 

I'm closing this ticket since it's out of our scope of support.
