Please try the following:
- Click the Refresh button about a dozen times like an idiot, and the file may magically appear, mysteriously, inexplicably.
- If you typed the page address in the Address bar, you are a moron. That's what links are for. You should email us nonstop about the problem, along with more emails asking if we got your last emails.
- To check your connection settings, which will have absolutely no relevance whatsoever to this problem, click the Tools menu, and then click
Internet Options. On the Connections tab, click Settings.
The settings should match those provided by your local area network (LAN) administrator or your Internet service provider (ISP). If they do not, you should read the fucking manual (RTFM) and shut the fuck up (STFU).
- If your Network Administrator has enabled it, Windows can examine your lifestyle and automatically make investment decisions for you, pick out your wardrobe, schedule a haircut for you, find you a date, diagnose your car's transmission, and construct a tokamak fusion reactor.
If you would like Windows to try to discover life on Mars, click Detect Life On Mars.
-
Some sites require 128-bit connection security. This one does not. To fuck around with options you shouldn't be playing with in the first place, click the Help menu and then click About Internet Explorer to determine what strength security you have installed.
Now you have broken things because you don't know what you're doing, so you should deny any responsibility for this and go whine at the nearest computer-literate person within visual range.
- Check your security settings. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, SCUBA 2.0, TLS 1.0, CATS 1.0, PCT 1.0, ZIG 2.0.
- Click the Back button to try another link. This is what anyone with an intelligence exceeding that of a brain-dead tree frog would have done in the first place, and what you should have done in the first place, but we thought we'd put this suggestion all the way at the bottom here, after making you try all that other stuff first.
